Hi, I’m Kathryn Lisbeth. I’m a Fascia Stretch Therapy practitioner, adoptee advocate, and creator of a sparkly little winter thing called Wish Upon a Snowflake. I work with humans (because I am one), and I believe healing starts with being seen, heard, and treated like a person—not a project.

You’re a human first.

That’s the only thing you need to be here.

Because You’re a Human First. Always.

Because that’s how real things begin, right?

This isn’t about “fixing” you.
It’s about walking beside you—gently, humor included.

I’m not into quick fixes or five-step life plans. I’m into people. Into what your body’s holding, what your story’s carrying, and what your nervous system has to say about it all. I work through touch, connection, movement, and a lot of listening—sometimes with my hands, sometimes with my heart, and sometimes with an eyebrow raise that says, “That sounds like a lot.”

I’m trained in Fascia Stretch Therapy. I’m an adoptee. I’m an advocate. I cry during holiday commercials. I believe laughter belongs in the healing room. And I know you don’t have to be “ready” to begin.

You just have to show up.
And I’ll meet you there.

Things I offer (besides tea and occasional sass) :

  • Fascial Stretch Therapy

This is more than stretching. It’s nervous system work. It’s breath work. It’s “holy crap, I didn’t know I was holding that there” work.

I guide your body through gentle, pain-free stretching that opens space—not just physically, but emotionally too. You might feel looser. You might feel lighter. You might cry a little. That’s not weird. That’s human.

Yes, you can still be tight and funny. Both are welcome.

  • Adoptee Advocacy & Support

I know what it’s like to live inside layered identity, invisible grief, and the “good vibes only” pressure of being an adoptee. Whether you're adopted, in reunion, disconnected, healing, or just… wondering—this space honors it all.

No two adoptee stories are alike. But the need to be heard? That’s pretty universal

  • Wish Upon a Snowflake (Charity Event for Kids)

Every winter, something beautiful happens. Wish Upon a Snowflake is a joyful, inclusive event that brings warmth, gifts, and delight to kids in need. It’s powered by kindness, donations, and a little winter magic.

Think cocoa, storytime, community hugs, and twinkly lights that make your heart do that fuzzy thing.

Also… I 100% cry at this event every year. (Happy tears. I promise.)

My Approach

(aka: how this actually goes)

Honestly? My approach isn’t a brand. It’s not a method I trademarked.
It’s just… me, showing up with you. Human to human. Softly. With snacks, if needed.

I don’t believe in fixing people. (Not just because I’m not a mechanic.)
You’re not broken. You’re a whole person—maybe tired, maybe holding too much, maybe just wanting someone to see you without trying to solve you. That’s the space I hold.

We stretch gently—your body, your nervous system, your capacity to feel safe in it again. Sometimes you’ll leave lighter. Sometimes you’ll feel like a shaken-up snow globe.
Both are progress. Both are allowed.

If you’re adopted, or in reunion, or processing that weird in-between place? I’ve been there. I get the ache and the wonder and the “wait, why does that cereal commercial make me cry?” feeling. We can talk about it or sit in it or laugh at the absurdity. (All three work.)

Also, if you ever show up to a session and say, “I don’t even know what I need,” I’ll probably smile and say, “Perfect. We’ll start there.”

Because this is work that moves at the speed of trust. And there’s no rush.
You’re a human first. And that’s more than enough.

Not sure where to start?

That’s kind of perfect.

You don’t have to know exactly what you need. You don’t need a plan or a polished version of yourself. You can be messy, in-between, skeptical, hopeful, or all of the above.

We can talk. Stretch. Breathe. Pause. Whatever feels like the next gentle thing.
