For every season of being human.

Movement, connection, and a little bit of magic for the journey.

Hi, I'm Kathryn.

I help people move better, feel better, and remember they're human.

Fascia Stretch Therapy practitioner, adoptee advocate, and creator of Wish Upon a Snowflake. Because everyone deserves to feel seen—not fixed.

A place for people, not perfection.

Movement, advocacy, and a little bit of magic -

explore what I offer.

  • Fascial Stretch Therapy

This is more than stretching. It’s nervous system work. It’s breath work. It’s “holy crap, I didn’t know I was holding that there” work.

  • Adoptee Advocacy & Support

I know what it’s like to live inside layered identity, invisible grief, and the “good vibes only” pressure of being an adoptee. Whether you're adopted, in reunion, disconnected, healing, or just… wondering—this space honors it all.

No two adoptee stories are alike. But the need to be heard? That’s pretty universal

  • Wish Upon a Snowflake (Charity Event for Kids)

Every winter, something beautiful happens. Wish Upon a Snowflake is a joyful, inclusive event that brings warmth, gifts, and delight to kids in need. It’s powered by kindness, donations, and a little winter magic.

How I Work

My approach isn’t a brand or a trademarked method. It’s simply me showing up with you—human to human. Softly. With snacks, if needed.

I don’t believe in fixing people. (Mostly because I’m not a mechanic.)

You’re not broken. You’re a whole person. My job is to create space for you to feel seen, supported, and comfortable in your own body and story.

We move gently, at the speed of trust. Some days you’ll leave feeling lighter. Some days you’ll feel like a shaken-up snow globe. Both are allowed.

You’re a human first. And that’s more than enough.
